Refund policy

This document is a translation of the original Spanish version. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

This policy explains how Jazui subscriptions work, how to cancel them and when we refund a payment. It is part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscriptions and trial

Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars (USD), and renew automatically. When you sign up you can try a paid plan for free for the stated period, without a card, to check the Service before paying.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from “My plan” in the dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid; after that the account moves to the free plan and you are not charged again.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plans: the current month is not refunded, except in case of our error or where the law requires it.
  • Yearly plans: if you cancel within the first 14 days after the charge, we refund the full amount. After that, the unused part is not refunded.
  • Mistaken or duplicate charges: we refund the full amount.
  • Prolonged interruptions of the Service caused by us: we review each case and may compensate you with days of service or a proportional refund.
  • If we stop providing the Service: we refund the unused part of the paid period.

4. Plan changes

When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and the prorated difference for the period is charged. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not generate a refund.

5. How to request a refund

Write to support@jazui.com from your account email stating the reason. We will reply within 5 business days at most. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the same payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

6. Your rights as a consumer

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
