Terms and conditions

This document is a translation of the original Spanish version. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Jazui, the service available at jazui.com, in its dashboard and through its API (together, “the Service”), provided by Jazui (“Jazui”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you declare that you have authority to bind it.

1. The Service

Jazui helps websites, especially those built with JavaScript, look right in search engines, artificial intelligence (AI) assistants and social networks. Among other features, it:

  • Renders with a browser the pages of your sites for the bots your server or CDN sends to it, caches them and returns them as full HTML.
  • Offers rules, SEO and link checks, robots.txt and llms.txt, bot traffic metrics and integration with Google Search Console.
  • Includes a blog for your sites, with a public API, and sharing of articles on social networks.
  • Lets you use AI with the keys of your own AI providers.
  • Offers a free scanner on the public website that shows how bots see a URL.

We may improve, change or withdraw features. If a change significantly harms you, we will give you reasonable notice.

2. Your account

  • You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, protect your password and the tokens of your integrations, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for what is done from your account, including what the team members you invite do.

3. Acceptable use

  • You may only use Jazui with sites you own or are authorized to manage. That is why we ask you to verify each domain.
  • You may not use the Service to copy or scrape third-party content, attack or overload systems, send spam, distribute malware, deceive search engines by serving bots different content from what people see (cloaking), or for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not try to bypass plan limits or the security of the Service, access other customers’ data, or resell the Service without our written permission.
  • The scanner on the public website is for occasional site analysis; you may not automate it or use it at scale.

If you break these rules we may limit or suspend your account. We will notify you first unless the case is serious or urgent, or the law prevents it.

4. Your content

The content of your sites, your articles, your rules and your data remain yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive, free permission to access, process, cache and display them only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights to that content and for it being lawful.

5. Third-party services

  • Artificial intelligence: AI features use the keys you connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek or others). The content sent to generate or improve texts is processed by that provider under its own terms, and it charges you for usage. Review what the AI generates before publishing it: it may contain errors.
  • Social networks: when you connect a channel (Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord or others) we post what you configure on your behalf, and each network’s rules apply.
  • Google: sign-in with Google and the Search Console connection are also governed by Google’s terms.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe.

We are not responsible for the availability or decisions of those services.

6. Plans, trial and payments

  • The prices, limits and features of each plan are those published on the plans page when you subscribe. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes, which will be added where required by law.
  • When you sign up you can try a paid plan for free for the stated period, without a card. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe to one.
  • Subscriptions are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel them.
  • Upgrading takes effect immediately and the prorated difference is charged. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • If a charge fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and you keep your plan; if it is ultimately not collected, the account moves to the free plan.
  • Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Plan limits and free plan

  • Each plan has limits (renders and served requests per month, cached pages, sites and others). When a render or cached-page limit is reached, paid plans keep serving the cache but do not render or refresh pages until the next month or until you change plans. The free plan stops receiving service until the next month or until you move to a paid plan.
  • The free plan, and any plans that say so, require a visible link to Jazui on your site. If it is missing for longer than the grace period shown in the dashboard, the site stops rendering new pages, although it keeps serving its cache. On those plans, blog articles include the credit “Published with Jazui”.
  • When Jazui does not serve a page because of a limit, your site keeps being served from your server as usual.

8. Changes to plans and prices

If we improve a plan, you get the improvement right away. If we raise its price or reduce its limits, the change applies at your next renewal and we notify you at least 30 days in advance. If we withdraw a plan, you keep it until the end of the paid period and then move to the plan we indicate, with prior notice.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures or causes beyond our control. Integrations are designed so that, if Jazui does not respond, your site keeps being served from your server. Support is provided by email.

10. Intellectual property

Jazui, its software, brand, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. While you have an account you may use the integrations, code snippets and API to connect your sites to the Service. You may not copy, modify or exploit the Service in any other way.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, mentions in AI assistants or any volume of traffic, as these depend on third parties. Scanner results and suggestions are for guidance only.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in this limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

12. Cancellation and account closure

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. When you delete it we erase your sites, cache, articles and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms or, with 30 days’ notice, if we stop providing the Service; in that case we will refund the unused part of what you paid.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account; if you keep using the Service afterwards, you are deemed to accept them.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that corresponds to consumers under the Federal Consumer Protection Law or their right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
